Is there any way to tell?
I havent timed the engine since rebuild, now has ~3k The carbs were rejetted under 2K ago and set questionably I was also thinking along the lines of cracked heads or somethin BTW the engine is a 1.8 Type IV with 96mm pistons a stock cam and dual webers |

switch from stock to a CARB cam. Carbs run really lousy with stock FI cam.
