I just noticed that Google Voice will offer to dial 914/6 VINs for you (assuming you have Chrome, and presumably only if you have Google Voice). Would be kinda nice if there was 914.043.1788 markup available which would link to the appropriate VIN database entry.
CODE [vin]914.043.1788[/vin] Just a thought. Skip |

The periods aren't factory spec. Factory spec VINs are one long number. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

The periods aren't factory spec. Factory spec VINs are one long number. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) That's why i changed the code to accept them with or without dots and/or spaces ... This should all work: 914.043.1788 - Dots 9140431788 - Just one long number 914 043 1788 - Spaces 914-043-1788 - Dashes |

Is 914 an area code? Yes, somewhere on the east coast. I ran into that problem trying to scrape 914 related Ads from eBay and CraigsList. If somebody lists a 914 area code phone number, my script will happily return that Ad as well ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) |

When I wear my 914 shirt out this way I am often getting approached by hood rats that want to wax poetic about the home land of 914 New York (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
