Anyone in the SF Bay Area have a line on a cheap (as in really really really cheap) gas tank for my 72? The one I have now is utterly full of crud and gunking up my carbs and the 5 filters already involved.
Hopefully one that doesn't need to be stuffed with a chain and kicked down a hill to clean out.... Brad has been working like a madman on my car at HPH and this seems to be the last thing that needs fixing.... He stuck a magnet into the tank and I think the word he used for what it looked like when it came out was "Chia Pet" I'm in San Jose, will drive anywhere in the area to pick up... Off to cruise the classifieds... THANKS!! |
