Cleaned the inside and put 12 volts to it, no worky any ideas?

Maybe ought to put a 12 guage to it... see what that does.
I don't know, maybe it can be fixed. |

If it still won't work after grounding it try tapping on it while it is powered up. Sometimes they will free up after letting them honk for several seconds
