Going to look at a 82 911 SC that is bring parted,owned had to buy whole car to get engine and drivetrain. I want the struts and brakes for my 5 lug conversion.

What else should I grab that I could use on the 914??

If he doesn't want the transmission, axles, and shift console, these could be used in a future upgrade to a 915 transmission and stronger CVs/axles. Also, the tach and speedo would be useful if you ever do a -6 conversion.

I dont remember if Eric's thread is a classic thread already...but he did a thread about 5 lug conversions and all the ways to do it from cheap to super expensive....and all the pieces you might need.
