I'm cutting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) the vent holes for the radiator today, can someone give me an average size of the front hole, I would imagine it goes under the latch and basically everything under neath is cut out down to the trunk floor. Any pics of others would be appreciated.

Using a 916 front bumper, this is the hole I used.. I'll be fiberglassing the bumper hole directly to that hole.
Good luck. Oh check my progress thread (link in sig) if you havent already done so.. lots of good info from guys smarter than me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads/post-2-1092032615.jpg) |

Here's a pic of my front cutout. It's 6" x 24", or 1sqft. My outlet cutouts are about the same area per side, or 2x the inlet. I should have made it a smidge narrower to perfectly fit the Renegade ducting.

The 'rule of thumb' as they say is ...
Inlet 144 sq inches Outlet 8 x 15 =120 x 2 =240 The ratio between the two is 1.7 |
