What is the diffenerce between 1.7 &1.8 heads? Will they interchange? Got a good 1.8 block and new 1,7 heads. Will they work together?

The hole the cylinder seats into on a 1.7 is smaller than a 1.8. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) They won't fit without modification.
