Deleted the side markers and added the decals. I added the french (yellow) fog lights. My opinion is that it looks good on a white car. The italian front lenses are now changed with euro ones Me and my sister last summer: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net-14948-1348055781.4.jpg) |

I love the light ivory six! You have quite the collection of cars. Thx! But from all the cars i have, i still love the 914 most becouse his handling and style. And it was my fathers first car when he was 18. He bought a 1.8 new in '73 and sold it 5 years later becouse of the rust! We are living at the sea. So lots of salt and humidity. |

I've traveled to Brussels a couple of times on Business, enjoyed it very much. Turk Hi, Turk. Now that is the sad side of my story. My father was a great porsche lover. When he was a teenager his girlfriend was the doughter of the Belgian importer of Porsche (D'ieteren). Over the next years he bought more and more porsche's. In 2010 he had 11 Porsche's. In november 2011 he has past away from cancer. Now all the cars are mine. I already sold some of the cars becouse i don't have the time to drive them all. All the cars are in my garage. I have a small museum/workshop. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

Hey Cedric,
Welcome! Your dad would be proud that you're out there enjoying all those Porsches! It's wonderful that you enjoy the 914 most out of a pretty formidable collection. I had a '74 Signal Orange car as well. My current car is Saturn Yellow...still a good color, but my favorite shades are Signal Orange and Ravenna Green. Are you guys still putting mayonaise on your fries? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) --Doug |
