I bought that a few years back. But found there is more relevant info online. Hell, right here on this site. In fact, that "book" is just a printed version of the information here. (Literally.... printed, hole punched, and put in a binder.)

Print is dead, and there's newer and better info now.

Kudos to Ed for compiling it. I don't mean to diss him.

But, it's old, and there's new.

I would send you my copy, but I think I tossed it when I moved.

But you can start searching by member name for build threads, blogs, etc.
