Changing push rod tube o-rings tonight and noticed that 1 of my push rods is different. It has a groove cut in it.

What's this for? Does it need to go back in the same place it came out?

I think if you do a search. You'll find the wire keeper was in the wrong place and it was touching the push rod.

Others will chime in much sharper than me but I would look for a replacement for that grooved stock PR if it was mine?
