I have been looking over the previous threads, but I can not find where these two pieces go on my 1973.

First I have these figured out.

It is these two that are in question, looks like something was bolted down on top of the edges. Maybe they are not from the passenger compartment?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Anyone have an original picture of the two pieces mounted behind the seat belt winders?

Mark @ 914Rubber he now has a closed cell foam sound deadener kit that I installed under the carpets. I did this with spray adhesive so that I couuld remove the carpets if they got wet to dry.
