I need the tool that tightens the big round nut with two holes in the top. It holds the the shock insert into the strut can. Does anyone know of a source for this? No Paragon does not have it. Anyone have one they want to sell?

There is a shop at Sonoma Raceway that rebuilds Koni's.
I can't recall the shop name, but i expect they would have the tool.

Hey Trek. Yea its PSI. I was there yesterday and saw the tool, but I wasn't feeling it to ask them to borrow. I think it would be good to have one. I may try to make one from an extra nut...

Plumbers pipe wrench works well too as it's designed to tighten it's grip as you apply torque.

I have a pair of Konis that may need rebuilding, and I am near Sonoma Raceway...... what's the cost for this service???

Thanks for the info.

Cheers!
