That's about what I'm thinking...GT flares bolted on with an air dam, small wing, matte finish 7 and 8" Fuchs. .some type of understated graphic..? Maybe a stripe just a shed off the main color? Thoughts? It's tough to decide, the amount of work is crazy and it will be the color you choose forever....

Ford used a color on the Lincoln's in the 70's that was very nice.
It was called Dove Grey. A very light grey color.

I used to own a '73 2.0 that looked like this except it had the vinyl sail panels. The previous owner painted it Corvette Grey; it was originally black. It looked fabulous.

There was one in excellence a while back that I've always liked. I think the color was granite green metallic, definitely a dark grey look but with a hint of green. I think it was a suby conversion.

Josh2 has a dark gray 914. We used to joke that it was "pavement gray" due to some of the less-than-observant drivers around here.

I don't have any pictures, but if he checks the BBS...

Pretty sure mine is L96D but it looks more like "dust gray" right now.
