That looks like a serious candidate for carbon fiber.

I just did my dash, door panels and door tops.
I might have to consider that as the next challenge.

And, of course, the outside sail panel ;-)

A member here reproduced them in fiberglass with a tweeter option.
i have a set in my car, I will look on my pm's and see if i can come up with anything..
