Is that for real? I've never heard of a tilt 914 wheel, and it seems that there would be some bids if there were such a thing.

That's why it is so rare.....no one knows about this VERY rare option to the '74 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) you know, a wheel that is tilted towards the driver (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

Must be a pretty knowledgable guy. I looked at the other items and learned that a drivers side rocker panel is actually a ground effects panel.

I think this is the one with the air bag too. That custom speaker setup could double for a male sterilization system! Turn up that treble!

Oh, I forgot to mention, I think the tilt steering wheels were standard in all Grasshoppers. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

A tilt wheel was an option and more of them are out there than you think..... yeah, you slam into something hard and tilt the wheel.

Quite a find indeed.

here is a better one:

drivers side \"ground effects\"????

I hope the people bidding on the bumpers realize that they are not getting the entire bumper since it appears they have listed the bumperettes seperatly...no mention if the top pad is included or not...someones going to get pissed off....

they look cheesy to me...or at least this set does due to the flaring on the ends....some people like them, I don't need to let the uninformed public know I am driving a Porsche (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

They apply over your steel rockers, trap dirt and water, and cause rust. The black fades after a year and looks like poop.
