Does anyone know a source or a direction to search for all silver center caps that work with Fuchs RSR style wheels. I am trying to locate a set that is all silver with the embedded logo (no color on Porsche logo) for my 16x8 and 16x9 Fuchs?

I bought some a while back - the early anodized style that you describe do match well - anyone with OE parts should have them i.e., Stoddard or Suncoast etc.

They don't make them so you might as we'll sell off those wheels real cheep. And being a nice guy, I'll take them off your hands.

I'd try the dealer.

Have you tried entering the words, "Fuchs center caps for sale" in an internet search engine? They're not uncommon. Visit a Porsche swap meet. Lots of them.

If the factory finish isn't close enough, replicate the RSR finish by glass bead blasting at low pressure (use a wheel as a sample), then finish with a flat clear finish.

RSR wheels didn't use centercaps.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) they were a 'sporting' wheel and didn't use a center cap. That said, I wanted the option and so I had Harvey Weidman make me a set.

Get a set of center caps for your wheel and bead blast them. You will then have the RSR look.

I followed this thread and used Krylon 1403 dull aluminum on my center caps. I have both Braid RSR finish wheels and a set done by Al Reed and the match is near perfect.
