Hello gang,
my 71 914-6 turn signal doesn't return. I took the steering wheel off and didn't see the usual plastic ring that sticks out to switch the turn signal off. I wonder if this is the part I m missing or is there something else I need to check? (any idea where to get this plastic ring?) Thanks Carson |

The real 914-6 uses a metal cancel ring on the back of the steering wheel. No mastic ring or hub. It's the same as early 911.

Look at the switch, the return spring is probably broken or come off.
