Hi all,
I bought a 1971 914 1.7 for my first car. Its been in a garage/barn for the last 30 years. It has spent the last 6 months in my mechanic friends garage, and as of today is running and driving great. Now there is one last problem i want to eliminate, and that is the minor rust along the passenger side, especially along the rocker panels. There are a couple of quarter or nickel sized holes, and i really want to get this fixed before it gets really bad. What are my options? Are there any kits for it? Possibly welding some bars across? Not really sure, just wondering. Thanks a lot!

Usually, there's going to be more rust than you think, but if you had some pics, you would get some great feedback from 914World.
