Chircos on E. 22nd St. is capable of doing engine work, mostly on bug motors but they do know type 4s. I had them flycut some heads for me two years ago. You'd have to give them a call or visit to see if they can take care of your needs.

Competition Engineering in Phoenix does nice work on Type 4s in case you need to go outside Tucson.

I asked my daughter's boyfriend who is a mechanic at Redline Service (a local Porsche shop), and he recommended Machineworks. Ask for Matt. Here's their website http://machineworkstucson.com

I've never done any business with them, but Redline has sent a lot of work to them. Hope this helps.
