EDIT - SOLD
These look a lot like Gotti's, but are made by Keizer. They are very lightweight - the 15x8's weigh LESS than 14lbs. These have been used as track wheels (and then on a stupid VW with stretched tires - not me), so have some issues, but not bad. Specs - 15x8 Fronts, 6 1/4" backspacing, ET/offset about 22-23mm 15x9 Rears , 6 1/4" backspacing, ET/offset about 12-13mm Three of the wheels have small cracks on the inner shells, at the very perimeter, not into the bead. They can be repaired easily enough, or completely new barrels can be had for $105 each. Happy to forward the contact info I have. I'm asking $700 for these, which still puts you way, way under new prices even with the new shells, or if you can have them repaired for less, you are that much better off. I'm not a 914 expert, but yes, I would expect these would require flares, at the least in the rear for the 9s.

From the manufacturer of the wheels. I spoke with them on the phone 2 weeks ago. No problem.
