Hi all,

My car is a '73 1.7 and I'm looking for the sheet metal piece that covers just ahead of section "b" in this image: http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads/post-...-1152745585.jpg

better pictured here:

...black rectangular sheet metal piece with the 2 screws holding it on, perpendicular to the control arms

and here:
https://patrickms.s3.amazonaws.com/projects/10116.jpg
(...same)

What's its "official" name? Anyone know its part number? It's probably NLA but I at least wanted to know what to call it.

EDIT: 914/4 equivalent of this -- http://www.stoddard.com/91134116105.html
Any sage forum advice for getting one?

Thanks!

Been searching/browsing 914 parts for years and never seen one new ,fairly rare to see a good used that isn't rusted or dented but you never know if someone has an NOS one stashed away.....you will pay a good price however.
Panelbeated mine and had it sandblasted,it will never be show quality but it works and protects my fuel pump etc.
If you need the part # google >914 PET it will be there.
