Yes, two TonyPacko's still in Toledo.
The original on the East side (dumpy industrial area) and another on the West better end in a shopping center.

Depends on your interests, tastes and where you are staying. Check to see if the Mud Hens are in town if you like baseball. Walleye (hockey) may still be playing. Many places near the stadium and arena downtown, including Tony Packo's. I am not a drinker so you are on your own for the bars. Look to Toledo City Paper for more ideas.

Watch out for the road construction, check it out when you plan your route.
