From the 914 color chart; '76 - L31M Scarlet Red.
Although Black cars with chrome trim look very nice, I prefer red 914s.
Bahia is a classic (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) , so is every 914 original color (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

75-76 is Malaga Red edit and Scarlet Red..

But Bahia Red is best

Malaga is a deeper darker red than Bahia, or scarlet. Bahia was a color up to74. Scarlet was75/76, as was Malaga.
