Have a couple of questions on my new to me Dell 36 DRLAs. First, in the picture, the red square, is that a vaccuum hose nipple? If it is should I block it off since my dizzy is the 009 and it doesn't have the vaccuum advance. 2nd question, do I adjust the screw in the yellow or green circle to increase idle speed.

Cap all of the vacuum ports off. The yellow circle is the idle adjustment.

The green circle looks to be where you'd adjust carb-to-carb balance in a setup that has another carb sitting next to this one, say in an inline four.
