Definitely cool. I’ve actually seen this one in person. It was at a nondescript industrial building here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I don’t think it was a toy museum (although the guy had lots of toy cars on display). It was a place where you pay to drive exotic vehicles for an hour or two (I was there to drive Lamborghini Gallardo). I think the place was called “Drive Your Dream” or something along those lines. I don’t think they’re in business anymore but they had an impressive collection of cars to drive. It looked like they also stored exotics for people as well. The employee that went with me on the drive showed me one of the cars (I think a Diablo) that the owner of the business had wiped the front off of when he was reportedly driving inebriated. Don’t know if that was true but it sucked seeing a bashed up exotic.
The 914 was big, but I don’t remember it being 1:4 scale. I posted about it (and my photos) back when I went for the drive. |
