I know I'm slow but can you reset the tripometer on the 914-4? If you can I have been unable to figure out how.

there is a rotary knob under the dash on the right side of the steering wheel.

under the dash is a little knob... turn it to reset the tripometer...

Just a further note, do NOT reset the trip meter while the car is moving, with time it will screw up the whole odometer.

Found it but to work at it a bit to get it to move. Must not have been used much as it was a little corroded but works smooth now!

anybody know where to get get new cables for the reset knob, mine's got a kink in it and its a BEOTCH to turn.
