037 ECU is used on both the 1.7 and 2.0 in 1973

Yep...plenty of 037's out there. That is why they used the resister with it.

74 they changed it.

Please elaborate what resistor you are referring to. My current build will be using 1973 components. A picture of the resistor would help.
