I have a 1971 with a dead 1.7l engine. I am converting to a 2.0l from a 1973. I need the engine sheet metal tins that are specific to a 2.0l.

Please PM me or send me an email at pskjerven@gmail.com

I'm located in San Jose, CA.

Thanks!
Paul

I am doing the same engine swap right now as well.
Lucky that I purchased a car with the engine in and therefore all tin.

Loads of research and I discovered that almost all the tin is actually the same OTHER than the spark plug holes. & 2 other pieces.

This may help ...

You can drill new holes and plug the old ones if you need to.
My tin is off and just blasted and painted.
If you need to you could come measure my 2.0 stuff or meet (I work in Fremont)

Paul- The two cylinder top tins are the ones that you need.

I have these here in San Jose- no cuts and no tears. I also have another set which is slightly nicer.
