I am building a 2257 engine and collecting the last bit of parts needed. Do I need to source special push rod tubes or will the stock 2.0 tubes work ?

I have a 2.6 and had to make spacers for the case lifter bores. Head end pulled through too far with a lot of shim. I can't remember the exact size but it was over an .100 thick barrel shim.
