Question????? Do I set #1 to TDC before I loosen the Rocker arms. I am changing O-rings and need to do a valve adj. when done. Mike

there is a plastic plug next to the oil fill for finding tdc. double check with the dizzy to make sure your not 180 out. spin those push rods on the reinstall to seat them in the lifters

you'll need to get tdc to set the vavles when you get done.
i would do a search on the torque specs for the rocker assemblies and what kind of sealant is recommended for the pushrod o-rings. you might want to download the pdf file. |
