Because my suppliers usually are no core I end up tossing my cores into #2 (IIRC) copper scrap.
My pile often paid for our summer vacation, it's been a few years so there's at least a couple large in the scrap heap by now. |

Try your parts stores, out here it would be O'Reilly, Kragen, NAPA, etc.. they may buy them as they charge a core when purchasing a rebuilt one.
