SOLD! This set of fender liners is made by 914Rubber and was never installed. It is older as it has carbon steel clips instead of stainless steel. I'll never use it so how about $160 shipped $200 shipped in the continental USA.

Drilling into the body to mount is required? Or does it used existing holes in body panels?

They share the same fasteners as the sills and the valances. No new holes drilled in the body.
