i just bought a used one for my 1971 914 and i am not clear of its intended orientation.
does anyone know if the flat larger surface area side is supposed to go down? is the side that has an indentation supposed to be where feet are placed? |

I think it depends on “ how tall your passenger is”
You turn it to make it longer or shorter.. At least that’s how my future wife used it back in the 70’s |
