Where is a good place to have a custom aluminum radiator made, that won't cost my first born child?

What engine/hp and/or what size? There are a couple off the shelf options.

You can try AFCO. I used the ASA racing radiator with cap delete, for my LS1.

I have the Renegade radiator in my 518 hp LS3 build. I ended up not using much of their "cooling kit" so I wouldn't suggest buying that. But maybe give them a call and get a quote on just a radiator?
Worst thing is it's $$$ or they won't sell just the rad, but couldn't hurt to ask. |

I had two of their radiators leak back when I had the WRX engine in it.
I still have the framework that houses their fans, and was just wanting someone to make one to fit it, and the trunk. |

I'm running an aluminum Celica GTS radiator and factory fan shroud. Fits perfectly between the headlights and under the hood. I can hardly get the engine above 160°. I think I'm $300 into it from eBay. Prices have gone up a little.
