Thanks guys. This is a quite excellent group of people here.
My -6 shield was soda blasted today, and I needed to know which epoxy primer color to use. The color on it looked like baked exhaust... sortof like a baked potato. |

On my first 6 I wire brushed it and had it plated zink chromate |

possibly better to have it ceramic coated to better reflect the heat away from the trunk. One race car I saw had the taillight housings melted.
