Seeing it's from BHCC, probably a conversion. I thought all 1972's had the "VW" ignition column? If it's a true 72' six, could be worth bucks. |

wait, wasnt this car supposed to be a 73 yesterday?
still no VIN posted No side dash vents and fixed passenger seat would seem to imply its earlier than 72, but whos knows, could be a complete cobbled together mess. not sure why they dont just post the vin already |

discussing the car in question. Some paperwork indicates a 71 but either way, woof! |

Yes, all '72 914-6 cars had the VW ignition column switch. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Stickers in the left corner of the under side of the lid look like 6 stickers.

I've wanted a real 1972 914-6 for quite a while. It's a rare 914 and almost impossible to find. This one was confirmed to be a 1971.

I would go there with cash and haggle that price down and take it home. Too many irons in the fire right now.
