Best of luck finding one...took me a very long time to locate one,not cheap besides,I understand the japanese models had them .
Top pic is the one that I finally found,worked well and cleaned up nice lower pic is JDM one I found on a japanese market place.

Interesting marking on the JDM one as mine never had that,I have no idea were mine came from but expect it was for german/eu market cars ?

Silver dot like mine and not as requested,reckon the black dot is a euro 911 speedo far as I can see...after that buggered if I know ?.
I didn't get a number on the JDM unit so think it wasn't for a 914.
