The button on the brake handle shot off yesterday. It had done this a few times before too. This time I wasn't able to thread it back in place. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) Put my glasses on and noticed there weren't any threads left inside the Bakelite handle. So I opened it up a bit more then threaded (5mmx.9) & turned down this piece of aluminum. Epoxied it in place last night then re-installed it today. Should outlive me. Perfect repair, given the number of hands previously working on our machines, it's a miracle they work at all
