...and my question to the seller. What U have here is a rust bucket. When I see rust around the windshield,etc. I see a car that has lived "outside".... You think for a minute that "George Harrison's 914" would have EVER been subjected to anything other than a climate controlled garage??? Certainly not from the pics U provided. And then; (IMP) ANYBODY that may have purchased "George Harrison's 914" would have slept with it -(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) INDOORS!!! I smell a FISH. you need to re-read the ad......
if true, think a caretaker has a climate controlled garage? car was supposedly in HI, not a very good climate for these cars (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) most importantly, why does a "famous" or known person have to pamper and take care of thier cars??? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif) if anything you should apoligize to the seller...likewise to the a-hole that claims he ran a carfax on the car......why get "bent" and pissed about it??? it's not like they are defaming him or anything... |
