If I take them to local paint shop for strip, primer, and paint will regular poly urithane hold up? or will it have to be a high temp paint? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

I have seen painted and they look ok but when they get dirty, the paint ships and peels. I have always powder coated the sheetmetal and it holds up really well.

Unless you stay on top of it...anything but black looks like crap after awhile.

Powder coat it....
