I took one apart and can measure the hole size and thichness needed. I woul them check with a supplier like McMaster Carr to see if they carry a replacement. If you do not have them you will need rivet punches to install new rivets.
Why do you need to remove them?
I mask off that base and powder coat them assemblied.

I was going to have the mounting “ bracket “ refinished ……..but suspect I am looking for trouble. Thanks for not letting me hurt myself.

Those bases are zinc. Not much to refinish. I use a fine wire wheel to brighten them up.
