I believe so. I bought a 914 that someone else was restoring. I worked on it for a while and then sold it. I received a lot of extra parts. I personally installed a dual carb set up on a 71 SuperBeetle. So based on the set up I installed, I believe everything is there. minus all the fuel lines. I will double check tonight.

Hard to find a good pic of it. I think it just missing the 2 end brackets to mount the throttle shaft?

ok this one says for type 4. There is 2 end rod mounts and a throttle cable flange mount in the pic.

So u never ran this? May be more trouble than worth? I have a 914 with the hated single carb dgvb or whatever they are, which runs fine , but the throttle arm sucks, its to short and (prob the wrong one) and doesnt open smoothly
