Kinda neat but...that's a ton of coin to change the lights on a 50-yr-old car to appear different...isn't the 914 already different enough?

I think they're interesting.
Not for me on my current car but if you were doing some sort of resto-mod and could tie them in with some other modernizing aesthetic changes, they might be really cool.

Poor presentation of a product with little detail. Look totally out of place on a 914. And what does pre order mean?

You pay now and get them weeks later hoping everything gets made as planned? Nope. Make a product then sell it.

Bruce - I’ll disagree on you about making products ahead of time. It’s really hard to do as a small company. Spoke makes his led kits - to order - and I couldn’t be happier with them (just bought a set of 911R lights for a customer). Many small companies need to work in this manner and it’s a legit way of doing business, just as long as the end customer knows what they are buying.
It’s not a for sale thread so I expressed my opinion on the aesthetics but I have no reason to believe it’s not legit. It’s not my cup of tea but I have no doubt some people really like them. Their car, their choice.

Kudos for the interesting product aesthetics, but I am with Bruce.

Advertising based on prototype mockups, without evidence of durability testing/refinements, DOT compliance, using/asking for/hoping for customers money (OPM) to fund initial inventory, is essentially vaporware, bad business and bad optics. Seller policy on money back guarantees is not stated and the refund policy is very restrictive. Why not just build then sell? How about just asking for beta testers and published unbiased reviews before issuing offers to purchase?

Display installations on several cars, depict all construction details and connections, workmanship, warranties etc. How long will those plastics stay clear before clouding? How long will the LEDs function before going bad? Is there anything serviceable on these or does the seller offer repair services? How are the assemblies made watertight? What happens when they do go bad...refunds or SOL?

These do not appear to include red reflectors as required by law as the factory lenses do, or do they and its just not mentioned?

Not trying to dismiss the product per se, just focusing on what is important and essential to a buyer.
