This was on my 6 in the front just after the master cylinder. The car was raced and AX'ed so it may have been something to do with that. I have never seen this Rubgoldberg part before. Anyone have a history on this thing?

safety braker,, gives a metered flow to brakes ..some people did left fronts because of shorter line to prevent premature skidding and or both fronts or rears ...

Maybe some kink of proportional valve? Where was it in the system?

Is it worth anything or should I toss it? Who makes them? I am not using it. I am installing stock lines.

Well.. my knowledge of them is 50 years old and drum brakes ..63 Corvair Spyder Turbo 150HP.. autocross ..

Out of How to make your car handle,,1976,, ya I still have the book..
