I have purchased a couple things from Rennline and got the packaging from Pelican. Not for my 914, but my Macan GTS.

Good question. I know when I order from Autohausaz.com the bill shows up EMPI.

Could be a drop shipping arrangement between the two vendors? When I order engine/tranny parts from Pelican, they often come from SSF (wholesale parts supplier).

From the internet:

Pelican Parts, LLC has sold to ECS Tunings, LLC - EdgePoint
Pelican Parts, a well-known e-commerce retailer for European auto parts, was acquired by ECS Tuning, LLC (a portfolio company of Bertram Capital), a significant event that occurred quietly around late 2017/early 2018, consolidating several European auto parts brands under ECS. While founded by Wayne Dempsey and Tom Gould in 1997, the company now operates as part of the larger ECS Tuning platform.

Rennline Manufacturing, known for aftermarket Porsche parts, was acquired in early 2023 by Patrick Gallagher and Michael Bacigalupo, who were long-time employees, taking over from founder Paul Jacques, while Rennline.com is linked to a parent company, Pelican, that also uses BigCommerce for management.

Pelican handles much of the fulfilment for Rennline. They are sister companies both under the ECS banner. When you call in to order something from Rennline you are calling Pelican sales agents. Rennline still has their own place in Milton, Vermont where all of the designing and prototyping happens for parts. Only a few special order parts ship from Vermont such as the custom build headlamps. If your Pelican order contains only SSF parts and all are instock at 1 location it can be drop shipped directly from SSF for a faster delivery time. Source=Me. I worked for Pelican for 10 years.
