On my recently acquired 74 2.0l the PO replaced most of the vacuum hoses with poorly fitting hoses. So, I've acquired the hose kit from AA to replace them all.

Currently some hoses have hose clamps and some do not, even on the same hose on opposite ends, one end will and the other end will not.

So my question is, is there a place or can someone tell me which if any vacuum hoses should have a hose clamp.

No clamps anywhere for correct hoses. The hose ID should generally be 1mm smaller than the port it connects to and the hose will fit very tightly to that. On the very small hose IDs, its only 0.5mm smaller.
