This is a pair of flapper valves i picked up. One ha the top hat removed and the attachment tabs are gone.
I assume this was to comply with the tech bulliton to remove it and direct the hot air away from the fuel pump. Can probably comeuppance with a hat if you want one.  Attached thumbnail(s)
