Hey teeners, build change so I have a modified 914-6 901 trans. for sale, built for larger HP engines (built to handle a 2.8 short stroke) 4k OBO plus shipping.
I purchased this trans from CogsCogs in 2020 for 3,500.00 in overhauled condition; they replated the hardware in yellow zinc chromate, replaced the engagement teeth for 1st and 2ed, replaced all syncro's, replaced the intermediate plate bearings.
Gear stack is A,GA,O,V,ZA.
After purchase I had the intermediate plate replaced with a billet one from CF ($1K)
Replaced the trans output flanges to 110mm ($500)
Replaced the stub axles to 110mm ($500)
Converted to side shift by replacing the internal shift rod and shift console retaining the 914-6 nose cone ($250).
Early hubs and wheel studs included.
Pictures available on request, I'm in the process of trying to resize pics, I will add later.
Thanks for looking (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
