Which gaskets are needed for the area @ the runners and the head, on a 1.7L w/ single carb ?
There was 8 individual metal gaskets when I removed the runners (single carb). Those may be correct I don't know, but they'll need to be replaced - I see generic type 4 gaskets in single (large) paper gaskets and these single metal ones. Does one type tend to be better than the other? - both are not needed I presume? I'm gonna put the single carb back on for a while then move to dual 40idf after a couple months probably. Which are best for that set up, if different? |
