Minimize all of you open windows, then press the "Prnt Scrn" (Print Screen) button on your keyboard. That will save the image to your clipboard. Open whatever photo editing software you have and Paste (Ctrl-V). Then you can resize the image to a suitable viewing size, upload, and viola, you are done!
